Sportiqe Return Policy

At Sportiqe, we want you to feel comfortable.  We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. 

Please follow the instructions below:

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days if item is unwashed, unworn or defective. Each returned boxed item must have a Sportiqe return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, Sportiqe will issue you a new order number. Returns and exchanges only accepted for items purchased at


Where do I send my return or exchange?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package should have your order number clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the following address:

When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website. 

What are your exchange charges?

Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship shirts back to Sportiqe are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a prepaid return label if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a description of the damaged, defective or incorrect item upon contacting customer service. 

What about Web Specials/Closeout Items?

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the Closeout or Web specials categories.

What if I'm missing my package?

While most packages arrive on time, occasionally a shipment shows as delivered but you haven't received it. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, and you're missing your package, please do the following:

  1. See if someone else accepted delivery
  2. Look around the delivery location
  3. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  4. Contact the carrier (FedEx, USPS)
