At Sportiqe, comfort is our craft, and we have invested years perfecting our art. From developing high quality fabrics that are soft to the touch, all the way to how are our garments are manufactured, we stand behind the quality of the comfort we provide. That’s why we’ve created our Comfort Guarantee. If you are not comfortable in your purchase, we will make it right. Our dedicated customer service team will provide a quick and easy process to refund or exchange your order. No time limit, no questions asked.
To start a return or exchange please visit, returns.sportiqe.com. From there you will receive a FREE return shipping label and be able to choose whether you’d like a full refund for your item(s) or if you are making an exchange, you’ll be able to choose your new item and ship your other item back to us.
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of your items arrival at our warehouse and after processing take 2-3 days to show up in your bank account. You will receive a refund notification via email when your refund has been processed.
• Please monitor your return tracking info so you can see the status of your returned package. If you do not show a refund after 3 days of receiving your email notification, please contact us at email@example.com.
Once your return package is shown as “in transit” meaning you’ve dropped it off at your local FedEx location and the package has been scanned in, your new item will be shipped out from our warehouse. We do not wait to receive your returned items to ship your new item.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
• We offer free standard shipping for all continental U.S. orders over $100
• For orders less than $100, we offer a flat rate charge of $8.95.
• FedEx two-day shipping is $30 and overnight shipping is $40. Please allow 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed after 3PM on Fridays are fulfilled the next working business day.
Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Route Protect can be added during checkout.
You can also utilize the Route App to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team. If your Route protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
• We ship all domestic orders through FedEx.
• Standard shipping leaves our Phoenix, AZ warehouse within 48 hours, and typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
• Expedited orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2-3 days via FedEx priority shipping.
• Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next working business day.
If you have purchased Route Protect and once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed from Route. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
If you did not purchase Route Protect, you can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email sent by Sportiqe. It may take a day or two for your tracking information to populate. If you do not see your tracking information populated in two days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes we do! We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, France and Germany. These orders typically arrive within 8-10 business days from the date of shipment. There are still occasionally increased carrier delays and extended transit times due to the influx of online purchasing and shipping during COVID-19.
Please double-check your packing slip to confirm the missing or incorrect item and then send email@example.com an email with your order number. We will address the issue as soon as possible!
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged or defective item and describe what the damage is. Please also provide your order number in the email. We’ll make it right!
Yes! If you see an error on your order confirmation after placing your order, please reach out to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. We will do our best to update the information before your package makes it out the door but we do fulfill orders as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to stop your package before it is shipped.
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
