National Take A Hike Day

National Take A Hike Day

The sense of adventure and the urge to roam is something that we all crave. At Sportiqe, we believe that no matter where you are in life, you deserve to be comfortable and encourage our fans to get out and explore. Today is National Take a Hike Day and we are calling all members of the herd to get outside and #GetComfortable.

Arizona is home to Sportiqe HQ and our staff knows a thing or two about getting outside and roaming the state. We wanted to provide a little extra inspiration by sharing some of our favorite spots to hike in the beautiful Grand Canyon state. Whether you’re an AZ local or just passing through, these spots are a must!

Piestewa Peak

"Every Thursday morning, I head to Piestewa Peak's Summit trail. I start my trek at 5:30 am and watch the sunrise when I get to the top. It is my favorite way to start the day, and I always feel ready to handle anything thrown my way after my hike. For those windy mornings, you will for sure see me in the Olsen Hoodie! If you live in AZ, join me!"
- Katharine, Marketing Strategist

The Flatiron

"Arizona has a lot of great trails and places to roam. I really love FlatIron! With my wife's family living near Yosemite in Northern California though, that is definitely one of my favorite parks to hike (I'll never forget summiting half-dome with my college track team)! No matter where I'm at or what trail I'm on, this time of year, the Olsen will surely be a part of my outfit."
- Micah, Inventory Manager

Flagstaff + Sedona

“This time of year, nothing beats the beautiful Aspens changing color up on the mountain in Flagstaff. And the sunsets in Sedona always seem to be straight out of a painting. Really anywhere there are trees, a nice breeze, and my husband and dog is the perfect place to roam! The Rowan is such a great layer for when the weather is brisk. It's definitely my go-to hoodie that lets me move, but also feel good (and look good)!”
- Marissa, Director of Accounting
