- All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
3. Return Process:

4. Return Options:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we offer two options:
- Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit, which will be credited to your account and can be used for future purchases.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Return Shipping:
- If you choose store credit for your return and have purchased our Redo option, the cost of the return shipping label will be covered by Redo.
Return Shipping Label (Refund Request with Redo Purchase):
- If you have purchased Redo but prefer a refund to the original method of payment, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
6. Exchanges:
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
- This return policy is subject to change, and any updates will be posted on our website.
7. Exclusions:
- Certain items, such as final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
