1. Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sportiqe Apparel LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sportiqe Apparel LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.

3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 6th at 12:00 AM EST and ending as follows: for the Innings Festival ticket, February 20th at 8:00 PM EST; for the Extra Innings Festival ticket, February 26th at 8:00 PM EST; and for the $500 Sportiqe Gift Cards and Olsen Hoodies, February 26th at 8:00 PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sportiqe Apparel LLC. You may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sportiqe Apparel LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sportiqe Apparel LLC’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sportiqe Apparel LLC. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours following selection and by a public social media posting on all Sportiqe channels. Sportiqe Apparel LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [24 hours], or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, You understand and agree that Sportiqe Apparel LLC, anyone acting on behalf of Sportiqe Apparel LLC, and Sportiqe Apparel LLC’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. Terms & Conditions: Sportiqe Apparel LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sportiqe Apparel LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.
