How do I join the Sportiqe Rewards Program?

Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you do not have a store account, join the Sportiqe Rewards today by clicking here to create your account.

How do I earn points?

Earn 10 points for every $1 spent! Rewards are issued as coupons.

Note: points are not earned for any shipping fees, taxes or discounts applied.

How do I redeem rewards?

First, you need to be signed in to your store account. Rewards can be redeemed through the Rewards Redemption Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as coupon codes. Remember to apply the reward coupon code on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).

What are the terms and conditions?

By agreeing to join Sportiqe's Rewards Program, you will be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions stated below.

  • (a) keep track of my purchase records,
  • (b) allocate points according to my purchase records,
  • (c) update me periodically about Sportiqe sales program through which I may earn rewards points, and,
  • (d) update Sportiqe's profiling of customer preferences so that Sportiqe may be able to serve consumers better.

Sportiqe reserves the right to change at any time the conditions for joining the Sportiqe Rewards Program.

5.In the event of two or more accounts belonging to one customer, please approach Sportiqe to cancel your one or more of your accounts. Upon verification of your details, your earned/accumulated points will be retrieved and transferred to your primary account after seven working days.

6. The Sportiqe Rewards Program allows customers to earn points at After 1,000 points earned (1 US Dollar spent in = 10 points), you will be notified on your eligibility for a voucher of $10 discount, to be used according to the terms and conditions specified therein.

7. This voucher entitles you to a reduction on account of all the products available for sale in Sportiqe, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions stated at the store. 8. Sportiqe rewards are not and shall not be used by you as payment cards. The rewards points accumulated by you cannot be transferred to any other customer nor exchanged for cash.

10. Sportiqe reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Sportiqe Rewards Program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Sportiqe will notify its customers via email or postal mailing, as well as communicate this on our website. Customers will not receive any compensation from Sportiqe in the event of modification or suspension of the Sportiqe Rewards Program.

11. Customers who require Sportiqe to delete the Customer's data from Sportiqe's database will forthwith lose any and all rewards points accumulated by the Customer in that database and/or linked to his or her Sportiqe account.

12. Sportiqe reserves the right to:

  • (a) permanently disable or suspend the Sportiqe Rewards Program, in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the Customer at or by the member's inappropriate use of the Sportiqe Rewards Program, and
  • (b) terminate the Sportiqe Rewards Program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email/mail as well as on our website. In which event, members will be given a period of 30 days to use up his or her rewards points, and upon the expiry of the said period of 30 days, any balance rewards points unused will be forfeited and invalidated.
  • (c) In the case of a termination and/or suspension of the Sportiqe Rewards Program, Sportiqe will NOT be liable to members for unused points.

13. Sportiqe shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the Sportiqe Rewards Program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.

14. Sportiqe may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page. Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Sportiqe has made. Members understand and agree that any use of the Sportiqe Rewards Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.
