We offer free standard shipping for all continental U.S. orders over $125 and for orders less than $125, we offer a flat rate charge of $8.95. FedEx two-day shipping is $30 and overnight shipping is $40.
We ship all domestic orders through FedEx. Standard shipping leaves our Phoenix, AZ warehouse within 48 hours, and typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2-3 days via FedEx priority shipping.
Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next working business day.
We recommend washing our signature fabrics in cold water only, with like colors, on a delicate spin. Low heat dry is best to help protect the delicate and softness of our fabrics.

Cuffs are too tight
I have owned 3 pairs prior to this recent purchase which I bought between 2020 and 2021. I purchase the same size and the cuffs are not as elastic as they used to be. They are not as stretchy and I can barely fit my feet through. I could not return them because I washed them first (cold water). I assumed they would fit the same as my older ones. +$100 down the drain. I had a pair of Nintendo World NYC joggers which used Sportiq sweats. They were awesome. The back pocket may have gotten slightly smaller as well. Overall the pockets are too shallow. An iPhone can easily fall out of the side pockets. I walk my dogs in Manhattan every morning with these joggers and no longer carry my phone in the side pockets. Needs to be optimized. I recently purchased Mack Weldon joggers since Sportiq no longer fit me well. They have deeper pockets, back zipper pockets, and more elastic taper.
