NBA All-Star Collection

February 14, 2011

The NBA All-Star Game is one of the biggest perennial sporting events around the world, and Sportiqe has designed a collection to honor and celebrate this time-honored tradition. The inauguration of the event came in 1951 and featured stars from such extinct teams as the Syracuse Nationals and Fort Wayne Pistons, showcasing spectacular bounce passes and lay-ups. Now in its 60th year, the All-Star Game has transformed into a weekend-long spectacle of multiple NBA-related events, culminating on Sunday with a match showcasing high-flying athletes performing breathtaking dunks and feats of athleticism

This year, the event will be taking place in Los Angeles at the Staples Center, home of the Lakers and Clippers. Our All-Star collection (shown below) will be available at the Staples Center arena, at the NBA Jam Session, as well as one of the leading sports apparel retailers, Fanzz. The Los Cerrito's Center Fanzz location in Los Angeles will be sponsoring a special All-Star event from 5-6 PM on Thursday, Febrary 17th with a special guest appearance by all-star Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks.
