EA SPORTS is responsible for several innovations in the golf video game genre. Those innovations began with the image featured on this shirt.
PGA TOUR 96 was the first golf video game to use 3D courses. The game featured 10 professional golfers and three golf courses: Spyglass Hill, TPC at Sawgrass, TPC at Highlands. The game was released in 1995 for the Mega Drive and in 1996 for the SNES, Game Gear, and Game Boy; later also for the 3DO, Saturn and PlayStation Systems. It was responsible for major advancements.
